Choosing the permalink context menu in FF3, Chrome2 or Safari4 does not produce anything.

Shift-Click to open a declaration in a new window/tab provides a corresponding direct access URL (is it the permalink?), but the page presents itself empty.

The source-view.html does not seem standalone (sorcerer.js; line 397).

Apply changes to index.html to allow direct access to classes/members (eg. xref/index.html?org/livcos/common/FileUtils.js#getName(undefined)).

Parameter types are always 'undefined'! So the parameter name combined with the number of parameters, not types, must be unique to address a method properly.
